What is Satva ?

Nachini Satva - Soak Nachini(Ragi) grain (Finger millet) in water for a day then keep aside to sprout for 2 days then dry under sun light later roast and grind to flour. 

Why Satva, why not raw grain ?

Raw grain contains little amount of phytic acid, which reduces the nutrition absorption. Satva making process releases the phytic acid, enhances the existing nutrition and introduces the Vitamin B. Therefore its better to have Satva of Grain than Raw Grain.
